Return policy
Unless the item is marked FINAL SALE, any item can be returned within thirty days of delivery for online purchases and within thirty days of purchase for in-person sales events like holiday markets and fairs. It is the customer's responsibility to pay for and handle the logistics and tracking of return shipping to ensure the package makes it to Cat Schmitz. The item must be returned in original condition, unused, with the original packaging in tact. Items that are returned dirty, used, and damaged will not be eligible for refunds and the customer will have to cover shipping of the item back to them. Upon receipt of the returned item, Cat Schmitz and staff members will reach out within 7 business days to accept or deny the return after an inspection of the items happens.
Self Serve Returns
For your convenience, you can manage your returns online at catschmitz.com. In order to return items, you must make an account with us by going to the login portal. Once you log in, you will be able to select the item in which you with to return, and submit an approval. You will be notified over email with instructions for how to return the item and where to ship it to.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order and contact us within thirty days of receipt if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We cannot be responsible for complaints after thirty days of item delivery.
Exchanges
We do not exchange products, unless there is an issue with a defective or damaged product. If you want another product, please return the original product and repurchase the product you want.
Lost or stolen packages
Due to the rise in stolen packages, we cannot be responsible for undelivered packages. We have, however, made it possible for you to request signature upon delivery as an extra measure to ensure your package gets to the right place. For orders over $500.00 USD, we will require a signature upon delivery.
